About Me

Eddie Chan (aka SMALL) discovered house music by early 90's.
A devoted DJ with a passion for 4/4 house beats.

DJ Small started out as a mobile rookie back in the mid 80's, made his first debut residency in 1990 at the club called The Warehouse Disco, Singapore.

In 2002 he was crowned Champion of Heineken Music's Found@Thirst competition held at Zouk in Singapore and went on to open for world renowned DJ Paul Oakenfold at the same event. He went on to take First Runner Up position in the competition's regional challenge at the Thirst Asia final in Malaysia in November 2004.

DJ Small sets are a mixed of many kinds of music, it goes from house to progressive to tech house to techno making his sets a total experience with unpredictable great music turns, "if it sounds good, it will work".

Over the years of two decades of working experience, He's gone on to secure residencies at top Singapore clubs confirming his status as one of the leading DJs in South East Asia.

Residencies in Clubs and Bars by far have included Em By The River, Cafe Del Mar (SG), Zouk, Helipad, KM8, Attica, Amoeba, Milk Bar, H'uu Bar, Fluid, En Lounge, Rouge, Hard Rock Cafe's in Singapore, Malaysia & China and clubs in Ho Chi Minh City.
In the arena of special events DJ Small has played for mega parties for crowds of up to 30,000 people. These include four consecutive years for Singapore's New Year's Eve Countdowns at Sentosa Island, ZoukOut 2009 and has played out to party crowds from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Bali, Jakarta, Bangkok, Perth, Manchester, Ibiza and more.
